As a DNS provider, we process DNS queries for the domains you configure. We do not log DNS queries. Neither IP addresses nor queried domains are stored.

Our DNS service uses 4 anycast locations in Europe and the USA. Your DNS data is replicated to all locations to ensure high availability. All locations are subject to the same data protection standards.
Your data is stored as long as you use our service. After cancellation, your DNS zones and records will be deleted within 30 days. Billing data is retained according to legal retention periods (10 years).

We measure the use of this website with Umami, an open-source software that we operate on our own server. No cookies are set and no data is stored on your device. Your IP address is processed only briefly when you access a page, in order to determine country, region and city and to assign page views to a session. The IP address is not stored. We record the page visited and its title, the referring page, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, browser language and approximate location.
